F.I.T. Basics

Coming to a new studio can be intimidating - we don’t want it to feel that way

To ensure you feel comfortable with our offerings and our environment, we welcome newcomers (or those looking for a refresher) to an introductory "sampler" of all of our classes. F.I.T. Basics is taught in a way that is efficient and easy to understand.  

Fit Basics:  $20

  • First Monday of each month
  • 9:45-10:45am 

Personal Training

One-on-one or small group training 

Many of our members started off training one-on-one with a trainer. This can be very helpful in establishing a foundation and ensuring you feel confident before moving into a group class. Other people find focus and better results in a smaller, more intimate setting.

FYF Weight Loss

Is weight loss your primary goal? 

Fitness Inspired Training has created a unique approach to weight loss and fitness that helps people understand their unique fitness persona.  Once we have identified your fitness persona, we create a customized fitness and nutritional program for you to follow. We recommend is a one-on-one training approach with the opportunity to graduate into our group classes. Our goal is  to guide you through the process of fitness while also helping to keep you accountable with your nutritional goals.

12 Week Program:  $300

  •  Loose 10 or less lbs

12 Month Program:  $1,200

  • Loose 10 or more lbs
