Class Descriptions


Our classes are broken into categories Cardio, Strength and CORE. Following your Find Your F.I.T assessment you’ll receive and email including recommendations for how to create a schedule is varied and custom.  


CARDIO

Serious 7:  Using a combination approach of intervals, strength and pilates, the Serious 7 is the ultimate workout for changing your body at every age.

  • Monday / 6:00-7:00am
  • Monday / 8:30-9:30am

 

F.I.T. Body:  A total body workout that uses weights, balls, barre and cardio exercises in a unique blend of to ensure every part of your body receives equal attention. Designed to tone, lengthen, strengthen and induce weight loss where needed. This efficiency workout is short on time, high on intensity.  

  • Tues & Thurs / 6:30-7:00am
  • Wednesday / 8:30-9:00am

STRENGTH

TRX:  Trying to discover a way to build your strength from the inside out? In two weeks your core will feel firmer and your entire body will be thanking you for the new found strength that TRX delivers. Perfect for all levels, this class has you holding tight to the straps from the ceiling which affords you the opportunity to feel strong and supported right from the start.

  • Wednesday / 6:00-7:00am
  • Tues & Thurs / 8:30-9:30am

CORE

F.I.T. CORE:  After 15 years of training, we have gained some insight as to what works well for your CORE.  This total core workout includes all our favorites and is something that travels well. So whether you are at our house, your house, or a friend’s house, this one can stay with you for life.

  • Wednesday / 9:00-9:30am

COMBO

Circuit Breaker:  Feel the burn!  Our stations are designed to provide quick bursts of cardio, strength and core through a variety of exercises that use plyometrics, own body weight, resistance bands and own body weight. It’s a total body workout that is high energy and heavy on the fun!

  • Friday / 8:30-9:30am
