TRX

TRX:  Trying to discover a way to build your strength from the inside out? In two weeks your core will feel firmer and your entire body will be thanking you for the new found strength that TRX delivers. Perfect for all levels, this class has you holding tight to the straps from the ceiling which affords you the opportunity to feel strong and supported right from the start.

CIRCUIT

FIT H.I.T.:  A total body workout that uses mat workouts with weights, circuits + a wide variety of cardio, strength & core exercises in a unique blend of to ensure every part of your body receives equal attention. Designed to tone, lengthen, strengthen and induce weight loss where needed. This efficiency workout is short on time, high on intensity.  

  • Tues & Thurs / 6:15-7:00am


MINI BARRE

Barre: A total body efficiency workout that will help tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles while engaging your core as you hold on to our custom ballet bars. Feel supported and engaged in this class as we take you through our unique series each week.

GUEST YOGA

Yoga Flow:  We love our community and within our community we have some amazing YOGI’s who once a month visit us @ F.I.T. HOUSE to offer their time and energy to help us renew our body, mind and souls.
